How long is the rental period?

All rentals are weekend rentals.

Pricing is a flat weekend rate — no hourly or daily pricing.

Can I rent for just one day?

At this time, we offer weekend rentals only.

This keeps pricing simple and gives you plenty of time to enjoy the games without watching the clock.

Do you deliver and set up the games?

No — rentals are pickup and return only.

All games are designed for easy, self-setup, and instructions are included with every rental.

Delivery or setup services may be added in the future.

Are the games hard to set up?

Not at all.

Most games take just a few minutes to set up and do not require tools. Clear instructions are included with every rental.

If severe weather is expected, please contact us as soon as possible. Weather-related changes are handled according to our cancellation policy.

Do you require a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit may be required for all rentals.

Any deposit requirements will be clearly shown during the booking process.

What if something gets damaged?

Normal wear and tear is expected.

The renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use. Full details are outlined in our rental agreement.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes.

All renters must complete a liability waiver before picking up any equipment.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes.

We do not provide insurance coverage for individual participants or personal property.

Can I return the games early?

Yes — early returns are welcome.

Pricing remains the same since all rentals are based on the full weekend.

Can I book last minute?

Last-minute bookings may be available depending on inventory.
